Manage full spectrum of human resource-related activities including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefits, employee & industrial relations, career development, performance management, training & development, and employee retention.
Advise on all aspects of Human Resources including employment laws and best practices to the Management and employees.
Oversee the implementation of standard operating policies/work procedures for the Human Resources department.
Oversee the full scope of monthly payroll operation to ensure the payroll is processed accurately and timely.
Ensure documents are filed properly following internal SOP.
Monitor all contract renewals, confirmations, resignations, etc. to ensure timely follow-up.
Oversee the leave management in the system and ensure leave entitlement and settings are updated accordingly.
Support in all C&B activities such as letter preparation and policy review, etc.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource Management/Administration/Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
At least 3 years of manufacturing working experience in HR, with at least 2 – 3 years in Managerial level.
Must have own transport.
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate information to colleagues from China.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline & commitment.
