Senior HR Manager

At HANIFFA SDN. BHD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is a pivotal role that will contribute significantly to the overall success and growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing strategic HR leadership and guidance to the management team
2. Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
3. Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices
4. Managing the HR team and ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery
5. Driving HR initiatives and projects that support the company's business objectives
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR-related laws and regulations
7. Providing expert advice and support on complex HR-related matters
8. Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance the company's culture and employee engagement

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within a consulting or generalist HR environment
2. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3. Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment legislation
4. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
5. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
6. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
7. A proactive, hands-on, and collaborative approach to HR management
8. Certified HR professional (CHRP or equivalent) is highly desired
