HR Manager

About the role

Pro Track Engineering Sdn Bhd, a leading construction management company in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's human resources initiatives and ensuring the professional development and well-being of our talented workforce.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and terminations
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with the company's objectives
• Manage employee relations, addressing any grievances or disciplinary issues in a fair and professional manner
• Spearhead the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative work culture
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address talent management needs
• Provide strategic HR advice and support to managers across the organisation
• Maintain and continuously improve HR systems, processes, and record-keeping

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Thorough understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proactive, innovative, and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proficient in the use of Infotech-HRMS System and MS Office suite
