Job description

Monitor projects development costs to ensure all costs are within control through regular review of project costing and feasibility study and highlight to management on costs variance.

Liaise with Bank, Head Office, Financial Institution, auditors, tax agent on accounting and financial related matters such as bridging loan, term loan, project financing, working capital financing, end financing empanelment.

Ensure annual tax computations of company and prepared for submission to Inland Revenue in accordance to statutory requirement.

Ensure proper implementation of full set accounting books and costing records in accordance to the standards accounting conventions and statutory requirements.

Coordinate and prepare Cashflow Forecast, Annual Budget and Business Plan and to monitor and highlight the company’s performance through a system of budgetary control.

Recommend to Management on the implementation of accounting, internal controls and other administrative policies to improve the management information system, reporting standard and expenditure controls of various departments in the company.

Prepare and submit report to Bank Negara.

Involve in the credit control and sales admin matters especially on the reports needed by Management.

Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner and payment of statutory deductions to be submitted to the relevant government bodies within the stipulated time.

Handling Recruitment and Onboarding, Tracking Employees’ Leave and Attendance, and Defining Workplace Policies are essential HR functions that ensure smooth operations.

Organizational Structure and Planning lay the foundation for a company's success, while Conflict resolution is a vital skill for any HR manager. The HR manager is tasked with effectively addressing and resolving workplace disputes, as well as creating a safe work environment for all employees.

To undertake ad-hoc assignments from time to time assigned.

Requirements:

Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance Accounting.

Preferably with some years of experience in property development.

Good financial and management accounting knowledge.

Able to communicate with all levels of people, assertive, possess initiative and able to work in a team.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
