Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at Brandme Associate Sdn Bhd in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and organizing: Planning and coordinating the workforce to use employees' talents to the best of their abilities.
  • Recruiting and hiring: Overseeing the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
  • Compensation and benefits: Planning and overseeing employee benefit programs, and researching compensation standards to create salary structures.
  • Training and development: Developing training materials and performance management programs.
  • Employee relations: Handling staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Policies and procedures: Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures, and suggesting changes as needed.
  • Reports and statistics: Producing reports and statistics as required, and providing reporting to the HR director and other senior managers.
  • Communication: Communicating with employees at all levels, and presenting compelling insights and solutions to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Malaysia.
  • Experience in the event management industry is a plus advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist or management role.
  • Must be able to understand the work culture and work under pressure.
  • URGENT HIRING and able to join immediately.

Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independently, and with minimal guidance to ensure on the work process.
  • Must be very highly motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus.
