HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and performance management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and Malaysian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business objectives.
2. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
3. Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
4. Oversee employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
5. Manage compensation and benefits, including payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
6. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
7. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with labor laws.
8. Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management decision-making.
9. Promote employee engagement and retention through effective HR programs.
