HR Manager

About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Cyberjaya, Selangor. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function across our group of companies, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This full-time position will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our dynamic organization.

Job Description

1. HR Strategies and policies
   Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives. Ensure HR best practices are followed to support a positive and productive work environment.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
   Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, to attract and retain top talent. Oversee job postings, interviews processes, and onboarding of new hires. Collaborate with department heads to define job roles and candidate profiles.
3. Payroll & Benefits Management
   Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits, payroll, and compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations. Research and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
   Manage employee relations, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. Implement and manage employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
5. Training & Development
   Collaborate with department heads to identify and address training and development needs and track the effectiveness of training initiatives.
6. HR Data & Reporting
   Maintain HR records, training, and employee database. Update and track staff leave records and attendance.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in a similar HR management role
• Thorough understanding of Malaysian employment laws and best practices in human resources management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR information systems
• Strong team leadership and people management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
