Senior Manager - HR

Hiring Company: Texchem Life Sciences Sdn Bhd

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and manage full-cycle recruitment process for key positions.
• Support Management in employee relations, learning & development, performance management and retention initiatives.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal processes.
• Implement HR policies, audit and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Drive company employee engagement strategies and culture initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 6-8 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in industrial relations / Unionized environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
