Contract: 12 months renewable
Location: Pretoria (Full Time Onsite)
Minimum Qualification Required: B Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in administration, specifically within asset/financial environment. Oracle ERP and Power BI experience is an advantage.

Scope:
- To maintain the Group Security assets register throughout the security asset lifecycle.
- To ensure that the stock management and safeguarding by the security assets' principles and compliance.
- To ensure that the maintenance and contract agreements are in place when evaluating the conditions of security assets and providing recommendations.
- To facilitate the procurement of group security assets when the end of life has been reached.
- To stay current with market-related developments and anticipated trends in own technical and functional area.
- To remove the security assets from the physical environment when they have aged, update the security register and disposal according to the recommended method.
- Quarterly reporting to be provided to all relevant stakeholders.
- Periodic assets audits to be conducted to ensure accuracy and verification of the status of security assets.
- Monitoring and assessing the utilisation of GSMD security assets aligned to the correct compliance processes.
- Coordinate and support subsidiary asset management teams with asset management activities aligned to the GSMD Group security approach.
