Minimum Requirements:

1. This position requires a Grade 12, Job Specific Qualification, or equivalent qualification at NQF 4 with 4 years of work experience in the relevant field, OR a National Diploma in Security Management or Advanced Certificate, or equivalent qualification at NQF 6 with 3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
2. Higher Education Qualification/Advanced Diploma at NQF 7 will be an added advantage.
3. The following competencies are required for the candidate to be successful in this position:
1. Must have a valid Grade PSIRA grade B certificate.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Extensive experience in the implementation of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, processes, and regulatory framework relevant to Safety & Security Management.
4. Safety & Service focus are essential.
5. Advanced knowledge for planning and organizing, and statistical reports writing skills.
6. In-depth organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent computer literacy and experience in the application of software tools including MS Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet, and Outlook.
9. The possession of a valid driver’s license with at least one-year practical driving experience and a willingness to travel is essential.

1. Provide effective security and risk management.
2. Ensure effective visitor services and public relations.
3. Coordinate health and safety management services.
4. Support garden-related information services.
5. Support management of human resources.
