Job summary
A leading creative training company in South Africa is seeking a Creative Learning Specialist to design and manage training programs for Virtual Assistants. This role requires expertise in instructional design and proven experience in Social Media Management and Graphic Design. The successful candidate will collaborate with different teams and facilitate workshops, ensuring that VAs are ready for client-facing tasks. - 2+ years of formal experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, or Graphic Design.
- Deep familiarity with essential software used by VAs.
- Exceptional virtual presentation and facilitation skills.
- Previous remote/BPO training experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver essential training programs for remote talent.
- Facilitate advanced workshops in marketing disciplines.
- Lead training for all new creative hires.
- Conduct targeted coaching sessions for VAs.
- Collaborate with Operations and Client Success Teams to close skills gaps.
