Responsible for managing the Sales and E-commerce process (Wholesale Distributors), from listing items, images, pricing, and following up on orders processed and lead times met, ensuring 100% accuracy and correct pricing in line with each customer agreement.
The ability to build customer relations and Sales for Online, as well as Independent Stores.
This comprehensive role involves a mix of customer relationship management, platform and inventory oversight, along with a focus on maintaining and improving the overall online experience for business clients. It ensures both internal operations and external customer interactions are streamlined and successful.
