Key Performance Areas:
Website
Overall responsibility for updating maintenance and optimization using various tools
Responsible for website maintenance
Create and upload content and images
Conduct key word research and SEO optimised content
Analyse visitor behaviour to inform and optimise appropriate content and strategy
Use website analytics (e.g. Google) and other online reporting tools to evaluate the performance of the website and opportunities for improvements
Collaborate with relevant teams (locally and internationally) to create landing pages
Ensure all products are updated regularly and comply to CI for website linkages
Social Media
Build, grow and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google + and any additional channels that may be deemed relevant
Implement campaigns and tactics to grow our followers, engage and retain them.
Create shareable content appropriate for specific products or campaigns to spread both our brand and our content
Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from new audiences
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks appropriate to our target audience and industry
Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on social media including ROI
Digital (e-mail and mobile)
Using target audience segmentation, develop, implement, track and optimise digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
Establish a segmented approach to email and mobile marketing to improve customer engagement
Analyse and report on campaign results and customer behaviour
Use findings to lead customer segmentation and targeting efforts
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Liaise with all internal/external stakeholders regularly to ensure all online campaign/channel activity initiatives are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured
Assist with briefs for website banners and content
Assist with online directories e.g. content management
E-commerce
Responsible for growing the e-commerce activities and revenue streams to achieve online sales targets in conjunction with sales
Exploit the internet as a sales, business development and customer interaction tool to reach the commercial objectives set for this channel
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales team to develop an E-commerce sales strategy including the management of all online sales activities
Co-ordinate with the various product managers on all online products information
Develop segmented customer profiles based on common characteristics including customer type, purchase history, behaviour, and industry
Understand and ensure all e-commerce activities comply with all legal requirements
General
Compile the annual digital/e-commerce marketing plan
Create monthly/weekly reports or as required such as website, campaigns and social media.
Build and maintain relationships to share knowledge and experiences gained in local market across the global network
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager the customer survey (in-house or external provider) on an annual basis from question to overall analysis of the results
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Create visual communication

Proficiency in using social media software (e.g. Hootsuite)
Experience in optimising Google Adwords campaigns

Thorough knowledge of various IT applications such as MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Own transport required and driver licence
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Digital Marketing qualification, preferably a marketing degree or equivalent.
Proven working experience (minimum of 5 years) in the e-commerce/online marketing
Proficient in CMS
Proficient in Presta Shop
Solid knowledge working with Hootsuite and MailChimp
Experience in Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
