Purpose Statement

• To provide app and online banking assistance to commercial and business centre clients.
• To increase app and online banking within the assigned region.
• To build relationships with commercial and business centre clients within the assigned region.

Experience

Minimum:

• 1 year Business Banking experience in a client-facing role providing service and support.

Ideal:

• Client liaison experience.

Qualifications (Minimum)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Banking or Information Technology.

Knowledge

Minimum:

• Knowledge and understanding of IT systems, development life cycles.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory and legislative landscape.
• Understanding of compliance and risk management principles.
• Good understanding of information technology and business concepts.
• A thorough working knowledge of standardized business banking products.

Ideal:

• Capitec policies and procedures.
• Online banking product knowledge.
• Client liaison experience.
