About Our Client:

Our client is a distinguished F&B company renowned for its Michelin-starred restaurant. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive with strong organizational skills and HR expertise to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee records management, and benefits administration.
2. Assisting in the developing and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines to ensure compliance with labour laws.
3. Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to employment regulations.
4. Supporting talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and liaising with hiring managers.
5. Assisting in performance management processes, such as appraisals, employee training, and development programs.
6. Organizing employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs to foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
7. Handling general HR administrative duties, including office supplies procurement, HR documentation management, and addressing employee inquiries.
8. Ensuring strict compliance with local labour laws and company policies, maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters.

Key Requirement:

1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and payroll processes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR Payroll Infotech software.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
