PERSOLKELLY is partnering with a prominent Singapore Government Agency involved in critical national infrastructure projects. We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Data Entry Admin to join their team on a 12-month contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a key public sector organisation. You will play a vital role in supporting engineers with essential data management and mapping tasks crucial for ongoing projects.

• Location: Office located within walking distance of Little India MRT
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance)
• Remuneration: $2,280 to $2,580 (Commensurate with qualifications and experience)

• Assist engineers in performing data quality checks and validation on existing databases using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the system.
• Utilise specialised in-house software to accurately mark and verify X, Y coordinate points on GIS (Geographic Information System) maps.
• Follow established procedures for data entry and quality control.
• Provide administrative support to the project team as required.
• Maintain clear documentation of tasks performed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in data entry, administration, or basic GIS exposure would be an added advantage.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
• Good basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
