Remote Purchasing Admin | Inventory & P/O Specialist
Job summary
A construction services company in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Admin / Purchasing Officer. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and supporting daily data entry for accounting. Candidates should have at least a year of relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate good communication skills. This role offers a Monday to Friday work schedule, with a half-day on Saturdays, and opportunities for remote work.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated and responsible individual.
Responsibilities
- Process Purchase Orders and Liaise with Suppliers.
- Monitor Inventory Levels and Perform Stock Adjustments.
- Research and Compare Prices to Ensure Cost-Effective Purchases.
- Perform Daily Data Entry for Accounting Records.
- Assist with Recording Transactions, Handling Invoices and Managing Bills.
- Proper Record Keeping Including Purchase Orders and Receipts.
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
