Summary
The Digital Sales Manager has primary responsibility for the online sales performance across B2B and B2C for the ESET office in Australia, working closely with the global and APAC marketing teams to raise the awareness of the ESET brand across our digital channels.
Our Digital Sales Manager has beginning-to-end responsibility for ESET's Australian online sales performance, including product specific online acquisition and retention and customer lifetime value growth strategy.
Job Description
Our Online Business Manager will be required to drive initiatives coordinating with internal teams to ensure all digital spend delivers effective ROAS whilst maintaining high brand standards.
Supporting the Marketing Director, our Online Business Manager will be responsible for the deployment of effective digital activity working closely with the teams at HQ and third-party resources. The role will be responsible for online advertising, acquisition and online sales performance in line with the strategy in Australia.
This role requires a deep proven ability to drive sales through impactful sales analysis through close partnership with the Channel sales organization for APAC.

Our Singapore office was established with a primary objective to be closer to our channel partners (time difference from Bratislava ranges from 5hrs (India) to 12hrs (New Zealand)), to represent ESET in the APAC region and to help drive sales and marketing activities.
APAC HQ is in Singapore and as of January 2022, there are two other country offices in APAC. One in Australia (Sydney) and the other in Japan (Tokyo).
