What You'll Do:
- Strategic Brand Planning
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans to achieve brand growth, customer loyalty, and sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including promotions, menu launches, and limited-time offers.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver high-impact, consumer-focused campaigns across channels like TV, digital, and out-of-home.
- Menu Innovation Support
- Partner with the Product Development team to launch new menu items aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
- Design marketing strategies for product launches, including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee digital campaigns, social media strategies, and partnerships with delivery aggregators.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure high engagement and ROI.
- Brand Consistency
- Uphold KFC’s global and regional brand guidelines to ensure a unified voice and identity across all marketing activities.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain consistency in-store and across digital platforms.
- Budget & Performance Management
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize impact and track campaign performance using key metrics like sales uplift and customer engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Franchise teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Align strategies with restaurant-level operations and product availability.
- Customer Experience Enhancement
- Use customer feedback and data analytics to enhance marketing touchpoints and elevate the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5–7 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the QSR, F&B, or FMCG industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in marketing with strong project management and organizational abilities.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for building impactful brands.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of using insights to guide decision-making.
- A creative visionary who can transform insights into impactful campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, tools, and performance analytics.
