Job summary
A fast-food franchise in Singapore seeks an HR Business Partner (Assistant Manager) to manage and coach HRBP Executives for both KFC and Pizza Hut operations. The candidate will be responsible for translating HR strategies into practical execution across restaurants, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws, and managing a large frontline workforce. The successful applicant will possess 5–7 years of relevant HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

- 5–7 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to HR business partnering or HR operations.
- Prior experience leading or supervising HR team members strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing frontline / blue-collar workforce is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Partner with operations leaders on day-to-day people matters.
- Lead, coach, and develop HRBP Executives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards.
- Support performance management for restaurant management staff.
