We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Key Account Executive to support order processing, shipment documentation, and data management activities. This role ensures accurate PO processing, timely shipment documentation, ERP updates, and weekly reporting. The successful candidate will support Key Account and Project Management teams by maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth documentation flow across departments.

This position requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and update Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system
• Create and maintain order processing documentation
• Update Key Account Assistant on orders received
• Perform documentation updates and close POs upon completion
• Ensure accuracy of order-related data entries

• Prepare Delivery Notes, Shipment Invoices, and Certificates of Conformance (CoC)
• Maintain shipment documentation records
• Ensure timely updates in ERP and internal tracking systems
• Support export documentation preparation where applicable

• Perform accurate and timely data entry
• Conduct weekly documentation updates
• Maintain proper filing and document tracking systems

• Provide documentation support to Key Account and Project Management teams
• Coordinate with logistics and internal departments for order-related matters
• Respond to urgent documentation requests in a timely manner

• Has experience in logistics, order processing, or supply chain support
• Is strong in data entry and documentation accuracy
• Has working knowledge of ERP systems
• Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Is organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Has experience in a multicultural working environment
• Communicates clearly in written and spoken English

• Diploma preferred (relevant experience may substitute formal qualification)
