1. Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts and components according to engineering drawings and specifications
2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
3. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and efficiency
4. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine appropriate machining processes
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
6. Maintain detailed records of machine usage, production data, and quality control measures
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations within the production facility

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
2. Strong proficiency in operating a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders
3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
4. Familiarity with CNC programming, including G-code and M-code
5. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
7. Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
