Join our team as a Senior Product Marketing Executive and play a key role in shaping the success of our product portfolio!

As a Senior Product Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the lifecycle of our product offerings—from strategy to execution. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll coordinate marketing and sales efforts, lead product training, and analyze market insights to capitalize on new opportunities. If you have a strategic mindset, a knack for problem-solving, and a drive for continuous improvement, this role is for you.

Make an Impact by

• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well supported and integrated into various downstream systems.
• Develop, coordinate and support the sales and marketing effort for each product portfolio and manage its entire lifecycle.
• Plan and execute product training and updates to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Care teams) to identify and capitalize on opportunities to strengthen the product positioning in existing and new markets.
• Handle customer service escalations.
• Stay abreast of market trends, conduct segment market research, and analyze competitors' activities to derive insights and identify opportunities for driving business growth.
• Provide support for new project launches.
• Drive innovation in product development to ensure continuous improvement and market relevance.

Skills for Success

• Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing-related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in Product Management or marketing-related discipline is a huge plus.
• Experience in Campaign Management is a huge plus.
• Comfortable with numbers; able to draw insights from numbers and data.
• Entry-level graduates are welcome to apply.
