Our client, a leading Japanese multinational corporation specializing in tools and equipment supply, is seeking an HR Executive to join their team. This role will support the HR and Administrative Department in ensuring smooth operations and effective management of HR functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide full support to HR & Administrative related duties
2. Update & maintain employee records
3. Handle staff movement (on-boarding, off-boarding, transfer)
4. Assist in monthly payroll data checking
5. Assist in data collation for any statistical purposes and HR reports
6. To remain updated on the Employment Act
7. Other ad-hoc HR & Administrative duties

What you will receive:

1. AWS
2. Fixed Bonus (Up to an equivalent of 1 month) in March
3. Variable Bonus (Depends on Business Performance)
4. Annual Leave:
   1st year - 14 Days,
   2nd year - 15 Days,
   3rd year - 16 Days,
   4th year - 18 days,
   5th year - 21 days
   (Employees are entitled to a maximum of 21 days, with the option to carry forward up to 14 days.)
5. Medical Leave: 14 days
6. Medical Insurance: Panel clinics etc.
7. Transport Allowance: SGD 150
8. Company Trip
9. Dental Benefits: SGD 800/year
10. Specialist Outpatient: SGD 1,000/year

Requirements & Preferences:
(Must)

1. Minimum Diploma in HR, or similar certificates
2. Around 1-2 years of experience in HR/HR Administration
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Positive and proactive attitude, who work well in a team and under pressure independently
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Willing to travel overseas when required

1. Experience or familiarity with Japanese company culture is preferred.
2. Experience working in a Semiconductor company
