Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Coordinate interviews, shortlist candidates, & support timely onboarding
Ensure smooth induction & orientation for new hires
Employee Relations
Be the first point of contact for staff queries & workplace concerns
Support employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture
Assist in resolving employee relations matters professionally & fairly
HR Operations
Maintain accurate & updated employee records & documentation
Prepare & review employment letters (e.g., offers, confirmations, resignations, terminations)
Monitor & manage attendance & leave records across locations
Handle work pass applications, renewals, & cancellations
Manage employee insurance matters including enrolments, claims processing, & liaising with insurers
Ensure timely & accurate submission of mandatory government surveys & returns
HR Compliance and Policies
Stay informed of changes in local labour legislation to ensure compliance
Support development, implementation, & communication of HR policies & SOPs
Ensure HR practices align with MOM regulations & internal guidelines
Training and Development
Coordinate training schedules, certifications (e.g., CPR, fitness-related), & development programs for staff
Track training attendance & maintain training records
