Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a PA to GM & providing administrative support.

  • Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Arrange meetings and manage visitor logistics.

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transfers).

  • Submit and track GM’s expense claims via SAP.

  • Assist with claims submission for other Heads of Department (HODs).

  • Maintain accurate records of business licenses and coordinate timely renewals.

  • Handle event & engagement activities.

  • Support planning and execution of welfare and engagement events.

  • Manage office facilities and supplies, including pantry items, store inventory, stationery, staff rations, and weekly fruits distribution.

  • Provide support to HR and Admin teams for various internal activities and corporate programs.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.

  • 3 years of working experience in similar function.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
