Responsibilities:
Acts as a PA to GM & providing administrative support.
Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Arrange meetings and manage visitor logistics.
Coordinate and book travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transfers).
Submit and track GM’s expense claims via SAP.
Assist with claims submission for other Heads of Department (HODs).
Maintain accurate records of business licenses and coordinate timely renewals.
Handle event & engagement activities.
Support planning and execution of welfare and engagement events.
Manage office facilities and supplies, including pantry items, store inventory, stationery, staff rations, and weekly fruits distribution.
Provide support to HR and Admin teams for various internal activities and corporate programs.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.
3 years of working experience in similar function.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
