HR Generalist - Contract to Perm

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

This role is responsible for overseeing Payroll, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), HR Information Systems (HRIS), and HR Operations across multiple Puig entities in Asia Pacific. Reporting to the APAC Human Resource Director, the position ensures compliance and efficiency in HR processes while supporting business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management: Handling payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, coordinating fund transfers, statutory tax filings, and reporting HR-related costs.
2. Compensation & Benefits: Managing employee benefits, insurance plans, claims, salary, onboarding & offboarding, benchmarking, policy updates, and supporting merit and bonus processes.
3. HR Operations/HRIS: Maintaining HR databases and records, processing work passes/visas, onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring workplace health and safety, and organizing staff engagement events.
4. Performance Management: Facilitating goal-setting, performance appraisals, merit increases, and managing employment records and contracts.

Requirements

1. This role demands strong organizational, analytical, and collaborative skills to support HR initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
2. Familiar with SAP system (Success Factor).
