Responsibilities:
Responsible for office fixed assets and facilities management
Responsible for office equipment management and procurement
Coordinate and communicate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely service and supply deliveries, negotiate contracts, and track performance.
Oversee daily facility operations, including upkeep, maintenance, and repairs.
Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, procuring corporate materials and office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining facility-related records.
Assist with HR functions such as managing insurance plans, coordinating training programs, and other related tasks.
Perform additional administrative and HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or related
1 year experience in similar function
Proficient in MS Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross functional teams
