Job Scope

1. Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions
2. Assist in payroll related matters
3. Manage & handle employee's records in Info-Tech System (Employee details, MC, Leave and etc)
4. Responsible for work pass administration (Work Pass Applications, Renewal, Cancellation and Issuance)
5. Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
6. Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
7. Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
8. Prepare of letter to employee (Example: Appointment letter, salary adjustment and etc)
9. Handle employees enquire or feedback
10. Assist with filing
11. Arrange and prepare of Job Schedule
12. Records of petty cash (Goodtyres & Trans Engineering)
13. Answering phone call and attend to visitor
14. Assists in purchasing or get quotations (Eg. Taobao and etc)
15. Assists for Admin side during her absence only
16. Assist all other matters assign by Assistant HR & Admin Manager or Directors

Requirements

• Diploma
• 2 - 3 years experiences in full spectrum of HR
• Immediate availability preferred
