Job Description
Prepare full set of financial statements
Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL functions
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary
Able to handle financial and management reporting
Able to perform CPF and GST submission
Fixed assets schedule
Process payments to vendors
Send SOA and follow up on customers outstanding amount
Review and monitor an overseas office accounts
Payroll/HR duties
Experience with WP and EP online
Job Requirement
CAT/ACCA/Diploma/Degree in Accounting
Min 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Logistics industry
Knowledge of ACCPAC ERP is a plus
Independent worker, team player, responsible
Self-motivated
Work by Tai Seng MRT
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
