Accounts & HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts &HR Executive to join our dynamic team at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd. This is a contract role based in the Tampines North East Region. As an Accounts & HR Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the overall accounting & HR operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

Accounting Responsilbilites

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable processing
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties, such as clients and suppliers, to resolve financial queries and issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Support the Finance team in ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required

HR Responsibilities

• Maintain records and compile reports such as attendance, leave and overtime etc.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR letters
• Liaise with insurance companies regarding company and staff insurance matters
• Handle MOM work pass related matters

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Accounts Executive or Bookkeeping & HR role, preferably in the pest control or service industry
• Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks online, and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
