We are looking for a HR Assistant/Executive who is keen to learn and grow with us in the HR Shared Services Team. If you are fast-paced, people oriented and is passionate about HR, we love to have a chat with you. This role is a Shared Services Role supporting the Singapore office.
Main Responsibilities
Partnering with business leaders to understand organizational goals and challenges and provide administrative support.
Processing monthly payroll and incentives payments
Responsible for employee documentation, details and all HR filing electronically
Managing Staffs’ Insurance Matters
Managing employee benefits such as Birthday Vouchers, Hampers
Prepare monthly HR reports and listings (internal and statutory).
Manage Performance Management Process
Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures
Prepare HR Letters
Collaborating with HR teams to support employee training and development initiatives, promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement
Any adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements and skills
Proven work experience with HR admin experience
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Law is a plus
Detailed-oriented and comfortable with numbers
Excellent written communication
Comfortable in a fast pace working environment
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Diploma in Human Resources or related field
