We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition and brand growth. This role involves end-to-end campaign management, from strategy development and execution to post-campaign analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager in:

  • Executing marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

  • Leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, enhance conversion rates, and maximize ROI.

  • Identifying and experimenting with new customer acquisition channels, strategic partnerships, and innovative tactics to expand market reach.

  • Conducting competitive intelligence and market analysis to maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and positioning.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer experience teams to develop compelling marketing assets and value propositions tailored to the target market.

  • Aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives to accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Managing multiple projects independently, ensuring seamless execution within expected timelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead Volume – Number of qualified leads generated through marketing activities.

  • New Signups – Successful conversion of leads into paying customers.

  • Conversion Rates – Improvement in lead-to-customer conversion metrics.

  • New Channel Development – Successful identification and implementation of new marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing campaign development, execution, and optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate challenges creatively.

  • Ability to work independently while managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience in telecoms, technology, or subscription-based industries.

  • Background in B2B or SMB marketing.
