Job summary
A construction consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a proactive Human Resource Executive. The role entails managing employee records, monthly payroll processing, handling work passes, and supporting performance appraisals. The ideal candidate has at least 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or engineering, and is organized, meticulous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Position: Human Resource Executive
Location: Singapore (East), Tai Seng MRT

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a full spectrum of HR functions, help maintain smooth workplace operations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements. If you are meticulous, people-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to meet you.
- Manage and maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
- Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll computation and processing for all employees.
- Handle application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
- Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check-in & out and all related matters.
- Support performance appraisals, administer training related matters, update and maintain training record.
- Assist in HR requirements and company policy updates.
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
- Minimum education level: diploma or above
- At least 1–3 years of HR experience (construction or engineering industry is an advantage).
- Knowledge of MOM regulations, payroll processes, and HRMS systems.
- Ability to work independently and problem‑solving skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be added advantage
