The Operations & Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse and fulfilment operations, ensuring accurate order processing, proper stock handling, and adherence to operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Fulfilment
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Prepare and sort parcels for dispatch
  • Coordinate and communicate with couriers for daily collection
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the warehouse
Inventory Handling
  • Receive, check and label incoming stock
  • Arrange stock according to location system
  • Assist with stock counts and reconciliation
  • Flag damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Operations Support
  • Document and manage returns and exchanges
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensuring packing materials are replenished
  • Assist with basic documentation and recordsSupport ad-hoc operational tasks
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 7 hours per day (10AM – 6PM, 1hr lunch break)
  • Saturday: 5 hours (10AM – 4PM, 1hr lunch break)
  • Total: 40 hours per week
  • Occasional overtime during peak periods (paid according to Employment Act)
Requirements
Mandatory
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Comfortable with physical and repetitive work
  • Able to follow instructions accurately
  • Reliable and punctual
Preferred
  • Prior warehouse, logistics, or operations experience
  • Basic familiarity with digital tools (e.g. spreadsheets, order systems)
Employment Terms
  • 6-month contract, renewable subject to performance and business needs
  • 1-month probation period
  • $2,100 - $2,400/month (commensurate with experience)
  • CPF contributions in accordance with statutory requirements
  • Leave entitlements in accordance with MOM guidelines (pro-rated)
  • Overtime paid where applicable, in accordance with the Employment Act
