A leading marine salvage company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager / Salvage Foreman to oversee daily operations and manage salvage projects. The role includes supervising personnel, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of marine salvage experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work in demanding conditions. A annual salary range of SGD 60,000 to SGD 70,000 is offered.
The Assistant Warehouse Manager / Salvage Foreman supports the efficient daily operations of the facility in compliance with local government and company regulations. This role involves supervising assigned personnel, coordinating the load‑out and off‑load of marine salvage and related projects, and overseeing the maintenance, repair, and readiness of all equipment. Additional responsibilities include managing shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, and assisting with general facility operations. This position also requires the ability to travel internationally on short notice for extended periods (up to 8 weeks) for emergency maritime cases. When on site, the individual will work closely with all salvage personnel and report directly to the Salvage / Project Manager.
At Resolve Marine, your attitude is just as important as your technical skills. We value individuals who bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and resilience. While we strive to lead the industry, we are equally committed to creating an exceptional workplace culture. Whether aboard our vessels or in the office, our team works collaboratively with a focus on safety, environmental responsibility, and mutual respect. We believe that enjoying your work and your colleagues is key to success in everything we do.
