About the role

Japan Foods Holding Ltd is seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team in the Central Region on a full-time basis. As the Head Baker, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods that are integral to our company's success. What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement baking recipes and production processes to ensure consistent, delicious results
• Supervise and train a team of bakers, providing guidance and support to ensure products meet the highest standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of all baking ingredients and equipment
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and innovative baked goods
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations
• Oversee the efficient and cost-effective operation of the bakery
• Research and develop new recipes to keep up with the trend

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Baker or in a similar senior baking role
• Proven track record of leading a team of bakers and creating exceptional baked goods
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the culinary arts and a desire to continue learning and innovating
