Roles and Responsibilities

1. China and HK Market KYC/Onboarding knowledge and experience
2. Prior experience in platform migration/booking platform setup projects in the banking industry.
3. Prior experience in Project Management and Business Analytics.
4. Work with project team and stakeholders in requirement gathering, deep dive analysis, and target process/solution design.

Skills and Experience

1. At least 5-10 years of business analyst/consulting experience in the Banking and Financial sector with domain knowledge on Client Life Cycle Management processes and systems.
2. Strong knowledge and experience in Client Life Cycle Management processes and systems, i.e., for KYC and onboarding is highly preferred.
3. Experience in platform migration/booking platform setup projects in the banking industry.
4. Project Management and Business Analytics experience.
5. Requirement gathering, deep dive analysis, and target process/solution design.
6. Preferably candidates with Chinese language skills to liaise with native Mandarin-speaking clients based in China.
