Data Entry jobs in Singapore

You will receive, check, and organize stock in an air‑conditioned warehouse, pack goods accurately for delivery, and deliver books, stationeries, and uniforms to shops. You will also perform basic computer tasks such as data entry and maintaining stock records.

• Receive and inspect incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality before storage
• Organize stock systematically in the warehouse to maintain easy access and inventory control
• Pack goods carefully and accurately to prepare for delivery to shops
• Deliver books, stationeries, and uniforms to designated shops on schedule
• Enter data and update stock records using computer systems to maintain accurate inventory information
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
• Demonstrate initiative by working independently while maintaining punctuality, responsibility, and honesty

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license to perform delivery duties safely and legally
• Demonstrate computer literacy to perform data entry and maintain stock records accurately

• Ability to speak and converse well to facilitate effective communication within the team and with customers

• 📍 Location: Ang Mo Kio, warehouse air‑conditioned workplace
• 🗓 Work Week: 5 days (Mon – Fri)
• ⏰ Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (No OT required)
• 💰 Salary: Range from $1800 – $2200 (depends on experience)
