Job Responsibilities:
Manage all facets of Human Resources & Administration, including Recruitment & Selection, Employer’s Branding, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development programs, Government‐HR related matters, Payroll Processing benefits with compliance to local regulatory requirements.
Provide HR advisory and support to departments to meet business strategy and guidance to managers in all employee relations matters.
Assist with the deployment of HR programs and initiatives.
Take ownership and lead on key HR projects as part of longer-term HR strategies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.
Facilitating in-house compliance and risk awareness training.
Promote safety and security in organization.
Participate/assist in organising company staff activities.
Required to undertake ad‐hoc projects/ duties which can be assigned from time‐to‐time.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR or equivalent qualifications.
Accreditation in Human Resource Certified Professional (IHRP CP) preferred.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of hands‐on experience in full spectrum of HR duties.
Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and legislations (including work passes).
Experience in handling overseas HR related matters will be advantageous.
Good knowledge of compliance and risk management procedures.
People‐oriented team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Multi‐tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
Available for occasional travel to overseas offices and attending company events / meetings.
