Human Resources Manager

We are searching for a strong and seasoned HR Manager to oversee the HR department in our Organization.
This HR Manager will be responsible for the full HR spectrum

Roles and Responsibilities

By the direction of Management, you are responsible for the following functions across the Parent Company and its subsidiaries:

• Full HR spectrum - Recruitment, On boarding & Off boarding, Employee engagement & Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development.
• HR Compliance
• HR Information System, Data & Reporting
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong and experienced with HRIS, including implementation and harmonization

The Talent:

1. A recognized Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
2. At least 10 years of Hands-on experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions and providing HR operational support and advice across the region.
3. At least 5years of managerial experience
4. Seasoned with HRIS
5. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Asia labor market, trends, practices and statutory legislations with priority focus on ASEAN and South Asia countries.
6. Proven experience in driving HR related changes and transformation.
7. Highly organized with strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
8. Good appreciation and understanding of different cultures
9. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels. Able to balance expectations of multiple stakeholders and effective at negotiating outcomes.
10. Able to travel on short notice if required
11. Able to join immediately or short notice
