HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems):

  • Be the go-to expert for all things HORIZON within BG Asia and Singapore Entities. You’ll be the single point of contact for all system-related queries, ensuring smooth operations and seamless support for the business.

  • Lead and align all HORIZON activities, collaborating with the global HRIS team to ensure the system is running at its best for local needs.

  • Take charge of tackling both technical and functional challenges across global, regional, and local processes, ensuring optimal system performance.

  • Champion the rollout of HR system changes, offering guidance and change management support for smooth transitions.

  • Own the integrity of position management, ensuring data accuracy and consistency within HORIZON.

HR Reporting & Budgeting:

  • Take the lead on BG Asia’s Annual HR Budgeting process, working closely with Finance to forecast and track resources for a seamless financial planning process.

  • Spearhead workforce planning and FTE budgeting for BG Asia and all Singapore Entities, ensuring strategic alignment of our human resources.

  • Be a key contributor in the development and enhancement of HR dashboards, tools, and KPIs to streamline decision-making and track HR performance metrics.

  • Ensure timely completion of all HR reporting and data requests, enabling key stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • Own the monthly payroll process, ensuring seamless execution for all Singapore entities, acting as both Preparer and Checker.

  • Lead the Annual Performance & Salary Reviews, providing expert guidance, justification for recommendations, and ensuring activities stay on track and on time.

  • Participate in competitive salary benchmarking and labor market surveys to ensure we remain an employer of choice.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance employee benefits programs, making sure they’re relevant, competitive, and aligned with our company’s goals.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Take full responsibility for meeting all compliance standards in payroll, taxation, audit, and government regulations.

  • Provide strategic advice to HRBPs and business leaders, helping mitigate any compliance risks and ensuring all operations meet legal requirements.

  • Ensure that all HR policies are in line with Singapore labor legislation and industry best practices.

  • Regularly review and update HR policies to keep them competitive, relevant, and in line with market trends.

Expatriate Management:

  • Oversee the smooth management of expatriate policies, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

  • Work collaboratively with Centers of Excellence (CoE) to co-create and implement necessary policy developments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Operations & Delivery:

  • Adopt a service-oriented, people-first mindset, consistently delivering exceptional HR services to employees and business leaders alike.

  • Provide clear communication and support to employees on areas like benefits, claims eligibility, payroll deductions, retirement, and more.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring local and global HR trends, bringing fresh insights and benchmarking data to the table.
