The Role:
As our Asst HR Manager/ HR Manager, you will be at the core of our human resources function, leading HR operations and driving initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, managing the entire employee lifecycle from talent acquisition and onboarding to workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws. Your hands-on approach will ensure smooth and efficient HR processes, while your insights will help shape and enhance our workplace culture across the Group.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all HR processes.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performance workforce.
- Foster a positive employee experience by managing employee relations, engagement initiatives, and welfare programs.
- Oversee payroll administration, compensation, and benefits to ensure compliance and competitiveness within the industry.
- Lead and manage the performance review process, development planning, and talent identification to ensure our team consistently performs at its highest potential.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labour laws, maintaining accurate and confidential HR records.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Analyze and recommend the annual manpower budget in consultation with department managers and collaborate closely with General Managers and Department Managers to develop manpower plans that optimize costs and enhance productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate HR professional with at least 3 years of HR management experience in the hotel, hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, the Employment Act, and payroll administration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
- A strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business goals while being hands-on in day-to-day operations.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail while demonstrating the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Familiar with HR models, the Employment Act, payroll practices, and best practices, ensuring compliance across all HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite and a proven track record in managing HR metrics and reporting.
