A government agency in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Manager/Manager in Human Resources. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies in partnership with business management to align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR business partnering experience and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. This position will also entail various HR initiatives, including manpower management and talent development.
[LTA-HR] DEPUTY MANAGER / MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP)
You will be part of the team of HR business partners supporting designated business groups in the development and implementation of people strategies and human resource programmes that are critical towards achieving the organisation's vision, mission and strategic thrusts.
This position requires you to understand business needs and partner with the different group management staff to lead the overall HR strategy and provide strategic advisory services and solutions to support the business. Working together with the senior line management staff, you will implement HR initiatives and best practices that align with the business strategy; engaging them in the areas of manpower staffing, performance management, compensation, rewards and talent management and development.
In addition, you may be assigned to other Centre of Excellence portfolio such as review of code of conduct matters including handling disciplinary cases as well as partnership with Union on management of industrial-relations matters.
