HR Executive/ Senior HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to support the key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and engagement initiatives. This role ensures smooth HR operations, fosters a positive workplace culture, and supports business objectives by attracting, retaining, and developing talent in alignment with company policies and local regulations.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

1. Assist in the end-to-end-recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, salary proposals, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
2. Oversee offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
3. Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.

HR Compliance

1. Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, confidentiality agreements, and performance documentation.
2. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook comply with company standards and local regulations.
3. Organize employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and well-being programs to foster a positive work environment.

Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Management

1. Process monthly payroll and administer employee benefits.
2. Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.

Employee Relations & Engagement

1. Manage the employee life cycle, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and dispute mediation in compliance with labor laws.
4. Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 5–6 years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
2. Professional HR certifications such as IHRP or SHRM will be an advantage.
3. In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proactive, resourceful, and highly adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic setting.
