Job Summary:
As a HR Admin Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the HR and Technology department with administrative, welfare initiatives and tasks to ensure smooth operations and in compliance with Company policies and SG legislations.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing office renovation and office maintenance services, pantry and water supplies, photocopier and paper supplies, door security and CCTVs, employee’ uniforms and name-card printing.
You will assist in HR and IT admin tasks, such as scheduling of interviews, filing of documents for workers’ P files, procurement of staff welfare items, issuing/returning of office and IT equipment etc.
Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of workers’ data.
In addition, you will be tasked to organise company-wide staff well-being initiatives and events.
Keep Admin-related SOPs updated on a periodic basis.
Assist in HR-related IT initiatives.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Degree / Diploma in Business Management, HR or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience in similar function.
Exposure to HR practices in Singapore is preferred.
Basic understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
Excellent planning, organizational and coordination skills and a strong sense of professional integrity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
Experience in managing vendors/contractors is advantageous.
IT savvy. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Enjoy working with HR IT Technologies.
Immediate starter preferred.
