Senior Manager (HR & Admin)
Job Description:
- Design and implement HR initiatives aligned with business needs, business partnering with department heads to foster effective communication and understanding specific needs of each department.
- Engage, support and provide HR advice to management to meet business needs and company goals.
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR strategies and initiatives to support business needs.
- Review, prepare and manage the compensation structure to ensure it is competitive and aligned with industry standards. Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee and manage staff recruitment process and drive employee development through learning and development programs to build leadership capabilities and talent pipelines.
- Ensure HR policies and practices, corporate governance, workplace safety regulations comply with labor laws and regulations. Regularly review and update policies to align with industry best practices.
- Prepare, manage and analyze the department budget to ensure resources are utilized effectively and within budget.
- Oversee building and facilities management and general administrative functions to maintain organizational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- 10 years or more relevant experience
- Well versed in employment law & practices in Singapore
- Ability to multitask and coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Team player with positive attitude
