Finance & HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of finance & HR and admin support.

Finance

• Full spectrum of finance, including AR, AP, GL, and credit control.
• Statutory statistical submission.

HR

• Maintain and update employees' personal files and ensure the employee details are accurate on the payroll system.
• Prepare HR letters, documents, and reports.
• Payroll administration.
• Compile required data for payroll processing.
• Responsible for recruitment, including job posting, screening of resumes, and interview arrangements.

Requirements

• Independent team player with the ability to multi-task.
• Degree in finance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• At least 5 years in a similar capacity of dual role.
• Proficiently with accuracy, responsible, and timely.
