Responsibilities:
As a trusted HR consultant, you'll cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders by delivering value-added HR strategies and advice. You'll oversee a team, providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to ensure efficient, effective, and professional HR services. You'll offer expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment, performance management, rewards strategies, and manpower planning.
Collaboration will be key as you partner with the Centre of Excellence and other key stakeholders to deliver essential HR projects and initiatives. Additionally, you'll work closely with Shared Services and hiring managers to identify the recruitment needs of different departments and source appropriate talent promptly.
You'll be responsible for advising both employees and managers and managing all activities related to industrial relations, employee grievances, and conduct and discipline. Finally, you'll lead and/or participate in HR projects, events, committees assigned or appointed.
