Job Description:

This is a good opportunity for candidates who are currently at a Senior Executive level looking to move up to an AM portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new employees in the department.
• Reviews and drafts policies & procedures to streamline the HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure the company HR policies are applied consistently.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations and salary reviews.
• Analyzes the trends in compensation and benefits to improve employee retention.
• Handles disciplinary cases and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Training & Development for employees.
• Manages manpower planning matters (on-boarding, off-boarding, restructure process).
• Prepares periodic forecasts & budget costing for Finance.

The Talent

• Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant professional certificates.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in drafting proposals and experience in compensation & benefits.
• Familiarity with HR practices and strong knowledge of local employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight schedules.
• Independent, meticulous, team player, positive work attitude.
