Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits & HR administration. The role involves working closely with employees and managers to ensure effective HR practices that contribute to the organization's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the group of companies, i.e Recruitment, Payroll, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Exit Clearance, etc
  • Assist in recruitment by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews & Manage employee onboarding/offboarding process
  • Involved in monthly payroll cycle including calculating overtime & incentives
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date
  • Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues
  • Managing HR documents, such as contracts, memos, warning letters.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of related working experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player.
