The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Logistics Operations who will be responsible to provide support to ensure efficient operations of our New Car Logistics department. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter, passionate about dedicating to be part of a dynamic team, be able to adapt to shifting priorities, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge in an energising environment in a positive manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supplier & Product Code Application to Singapore Customs
2. Ensure timely application of Product Code when there is a price change in variant (FOB) or when it is a new model
3. Submission of Homologation Documents for Vehicle Approval Code applications
4. Liaise with Sales Dept, Singapore Customs and LTA on any clarification when necessary
5. Managing permit applications for Licensed Warehouses operations
6. Liaise with Singapore Customs for authorisation for Temporary Export & Re-importation of Vehicles
7. Ensure Daily Duty & GST Payment requests are executed on time
8. Liaise with Singapore Customs on Customs Exemption/VDP and other Customs related matters
9. Monitor all Monthly Duty Payment from respective Licensed Warehouses
10. Liaise with Finance dept on any permits, payments & in-stock matters
11. Provide general administrative and clerical support
12. You will also be assigned with other duties by immediate supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

1. Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of administrative experience
2. SC401 Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certified
3. Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented
4. Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
6. Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
7. Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
8. Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
