In this role, you will be a strategic HR advisor who builds strong partnerships with the senior leaders and the HR Centres of Excellence (COE) teams to develop and execute the People Strategies and solutions for the College/Schools. Our HR Business Partnering team is structured to offer our stakeholders close support in three clusters – namely the Schools/Colleges, Administrative and Research clusters.
You will play the role of a Cluster Lead to a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists and is expected to lead and coach the team in the delivery of HR services and initiatives. The role has a primary reporting line into the Office of Human Resources and matrix reporting line into the business unit assigned.
